As an Investment Fund Manager you will be responsible for maximizing PNC's investors' return through managing the performance of several institutional investment funds comprised of LIHTC properties from the initial closing through the term of the investments. In carrying out this role, you will be directly involved in fund modeling and investment structuring; participating in partnership agreement negotiations and the offering structure; initial and ongoing review of investments; preparation of quarterly benefit updates on financial performance; and certain aspects of asset monitoring. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Fund Management and will be responsible for the day to day activities necessary to place LIHTC transactions into investment funds.You will also participate in the review of year-end tax returns for both the individual transactions in the investment fund and the fund level returns.
