About the Web Content Team

The Rejuvenation web content team consists of highly creative, collaborative and brand focused thinkers. Our role is to ensure that our products are accurately depicted and well covered by our beautiful product photography on every product page across Rejuvenation.com. We collaborate closely with the photo studio, rendering partners, merchandising, tech, and site management, to name a few. We look for innovative, smart and hard-working individuals who enjoy creative thinking, process efficiencies, and ingenuity.

This is a hybrid role - 4 days/week onsite in our San Francisco office required.

Overview of the Web Content Production Assistant role

As a Web Content Production Assistant, you will assist in the preparation and organization of digital assets for the Rejuvenation eCommerce website. You will ensure all deadlines are met and improve efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in cropping and placing all product images for Rejuvenation.com
  • Work with our rendering partners to create our product rendering assets
  • Alter photo files in Photoshop as needed
  • Maintain file size and crop specification guidleines
  • Utilize strong excel skills to manage photo assets in Content Management System
  • Meet deadlines and manage priorities with consistent results
  • Create and maintain category product thumbnails
  • Work with merchants on corrections and updates to products
  • Work effectively and efficiently with the photographer, ecom producer, and internal DTC partners
  • Work with our site operations team to report bugs
  • Participate in seasonal site QA and testing to maintain site accuracy and appearance
  • Transport materials and equipment and lift, move, and carry objects up to 50 pounds on a limited basis

Criteria

  • 2-4 years of prior work experience in eCommerce photo production
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
  • Proficient in Mac OSX, connecting to servers, organizing files, and sharing documents
  • Have strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs, particularly with Excel
  • Have prior experience with Content Management Systems, InDesign, and/or HTML a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong organization skills; able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, has strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform work onsite in the Portland office full-time pending state, local, and Company return-to-work guidance during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Experience in tracking high volume images.
  • Familiarity with production tools like project management platforms (air table)
