Responsible for reviewing physician orders and 24 hour reports. Complete assessments, such as admission and change in condition. Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules. Assist TA team in the hiring and on boarding of clinical staff as needed. Be a key player in all state and federal surveys and in developing and deploying plans of correction. Record patient med
