Tony Bagshaw is the Managing Director of Human Capital for Batelle for Kids. Tony joined Battelle for Kids after 21 years as a teacher, coach, and administrator at the elementary, junior high, and high school levels. He currently leads BFK’s work in the areas of strategic compensation, evaluation system design, multiple data point hiring systems, and other human capital innovations.
