BioMerieux is seeking an experienced Vice President of Information Systems for the North America region.
The Information Systems (IS) department is dedicated to supporting bioMerieux's ongoing success and sustainability. As the Vice President of Information Systems for North America, you play a pivotal role in achieving these goals by aligning global IS services with regional needs. Regional VPs are responsible for project builds and execution by leveraging their proximity to internal customers. They have a vital role in customizing global IS services to meet regional needs and ensuring widespread adoption within the regional communities. Collaborating with Business Services, they drive successful regional implementations to improve overall business performance and maintain global consistency in IS services.

Skills and Knowledge:
* Ideally, you have experience as a Director of IS at a regional level, or you possess relevant professional experience in information systems with a track record as a functional or country CIO. Additionally, experience in business processes and applications is highly valued.
* Demonstrated experience in managing large IS programs, leading diverse teams, and maintaining key relationships with business stakeholders for at least five years.
* Proficiency in market-leading platforms and awareness of technological trends, including SAP, Salesforce, and Adobe.
* Strong knowledge of business and support functions and their associated processes.
* Effective leadership and communication skills.
* Prior experience in global IS programs.
* The ability to understand business needs and anticipate future business process evolutions.
